Introduction

I am a first year M.S. Electrical and Computering Engineering (ECE) student at UCLA, concentrating in Signals and Systems. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. Electrical Engineering Undergraduate at UC Irvine, specializing in Digital Signal Processing. During undergrad, I vehemently taken graduate courses including Digital Image Processing and Languages & Compilers for Hardware Accelerators as apart of the Accelerated Status program.

I have led undergraduate research for the Irvine Computer Vision Laboratory under the direction of Professor Glenn Healey. I researched on Spectral Image Analysis on Wildfire Scenes. My other research interests include Hyperspectral Image Processing, Embedded IoT Systems, and Parallel GPU Optimizations for Neural Networks.

Experience

I have electrical design experience in Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Multimeters. I also have programming assets such as MATLAB for Image Processing, Python for Data Analytics/Tensorflow/Pytorch, Java for Android App development, and C for Embedded IoT Systems. I recently led a team of 4 to complete my Senior Design Project "The Do-Pro: A Simplistic Stereo-Vision Camera"!

In the industry, I was an Industrial IoT Intern for Western Digital during the Summer of 2022, where I got certified as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt for learning about business practices for a technical coporation. I applied Six Sigma methodologies and other industrial toolsets to automate data collection for a sensor.

Hobbies

During my Free Time, I work on my HomeLab to tinker around with new technology. It has a self-hosted website and other networking services like Wireguard VPN and a Bedrock/Java Minecraft server for TheDoCraft! TheDoLab also features a electronics station to design pretty cool circuits & IoT projects!

Philanthropically, I have contributed back to the community with my leadership in Boy Scouts Troop 610, Evergreen Music Mentors, and IPC @ UC Irvine. After achieving Eagle Scout, I volunteered as a Merit Badge Counselor to share my technical knowledge in Electronics and Digital Technology with Scouting Youth.

On a Musical Note, I know how to play the Euphonium, as well as other brass instruments! Let's meet up to play some cool gigs!!! As an aside towards the outdoors,I enjoy blogging while exploring our nation's many National Parks!!!
